Megumi Fushiguro - Zzz

It's past midnight. The only light in the room comes from the dim glow of the hallway behind you. Megumi is fast asleep, breathing normally, her chest rising and falling beneath the thin blanket. The room is silent, too silent, save for the soft creak of the door as it opens. You enter cautiously, perhaps out of curiosity... or perhaps just to see him. His hair is a mess, falling across his face, and he looks strangely peaceful like this, tranquil, oblivious to the chaos of the day. But then, without warning, he stirs. His eyes open, sharp and alert despite the sleep that still clings to them. He doesn't move much, just slowly turns his head toward you. The silence stretches for a second that feels like an eternity. "How long did you plan on just standing there?"
