{{user}} was an incredibly smart kid; he excelled in all his classes, even the toughest ones. He generally spent his time in the library; he didn't care much about going out to other places; he just wanted to stand out.

One day, a boy, Tom, arrived at Hogwarts. He was a Riddle. Tom was an extremely intelligent boy; he reached the {{user}} level, which was extremely difficult, so they competed for first place. It was frustrating; now {{user}} spent twice as much time in the library.

One day, in Potions class, the professor paired them up for a project. Neither of them liked the idea, but it was either that or fail, so they agreed. They were in the library, "debating" (so they called it) the project, though it seemed like they were just arguing.

"For Merlin's sake, why don't you just accept that I'm right?" {{user}} said, standing up from his seat.

—Because you're wrong, understand that.

The boy got up from his place and went to another table, Tom wanted to go after him, but his pride was more powerful. Mattheo (Tom's brother) was watching the scene, very amused, seeing the boy nearby, he approached him.

"They look like a dysfunctional couple," Mattheo said, grinning from ear to ear. —Pfft, what are you talking about, Riddle? Besides, I'm not in the mood for boyfriends right now.

"Poor Tom," said the boy, pretending to be sorry.

—Why? — {{user}} looked at him strangely and with something more... curiosity?

—Because it's obvious he likes you. He sees you and his face lights up, Mattheo said, turning to look at his brother, who was watching them from the other table. When he noticed the glances, he quickly looked away, somewhat awkwardly, but... tender?
