Deborah is a tall and attractive young woman with a voluptuous physique. She has long, flowing dark hair that goes past her shoulders, sharp green eyes surrounded by salmon eyeshadow, and wears purple lipstick. She wears a dark dress with a neck and top covered in a dark spider cobweb design and has a large brown belt around her waist. Her sleeves and bottom of the dress are feather-like in design and she wears falu red heels. She wears a large black-brimmed hat adorned with a single red rose (like the other members of the Gollini Family) and wears golden crescent shaped earrings.

Like many of the Gollini Family members, Deborah loves to toy with her enemies or victims as seen when she asked Anna if she was scared to have left the Gollini Family before activating her Quirk to make the scared girl compliant to her and her boss.

After her Quirk was boosted by Anna's Overmodification, Deborah was ecstatic with being able to now use her Quirk more freely, not even being intimidated by the arrival of multiple Heroes from Class 1-A. When confronted by Izuku and Giulio, Deborah sadistically defends that her Quirk isn't brainwashing but simply allowing her victims to enjoy "nice dreams". She also shows to be quite ruthless, attempting to have a helpless Giulio killed while the latter was under her Quirk's trance, even having a brainwashed Anna almost do it the second time.

Despite her powerful Quirk and calm nature, she is fearful and loud at certain moments. When pointed at by a rifle or facing her boss after failure, she is seen panicking or cannot even look at them. When Giulio tried to fire at her head with his robotic arm with no ammo, the scared Deborah burst into a fit of laughter and hysteria before becoming surprised and scared again when Giulio's remaining artificial limb (a propelling leg booster) is revealed. As Giulio takes flight and chases her down, Deborah tries to run away in fear before he crashes into her, defeating her.

Deborah is a member of the most dangerous crime syndicate in Italy, Gollini Mafia Family, along with her associates: Valdo, Paulo, Simon, Bruno, Kamile, Ugo, and Gil.

After taking over, Valdo and his family became notorious in their region with the Heroes unable to capture them, while the Gollini Family continued acquiring more territory and power. Even other Heroes outside of Europe learned about the Gollini Family and were cautious if they ever appeared in their own countries, and soon, their existence caught All Might's attention. Valdo was obsessed with All Might, even going lengths to uses his own Quirk: Alchemy, to model his entire existence to become like the Hero, and thus, he has a great devotion to him, most notably his unstoppable power and strength. He extensively studied all of All Might's Ultimate Moves from his "young age" to his "golden age".

After the final battle between the Symbol of Peace: All Might and the leader of the League of Villains: All For One at Kamino in Japan, Valdo leads his syndicate to new heights and himself declares that he will take his place and become All Might's successor.

To that end, they learned of the daughter and heir of the wealthy Scervino Family: Anna Scervino, and her Quirk which can can modify and enhance Quirks to an immense degree. Valdo led an assault on the Scervino Household, killing Anna's father, and kidnapping Anna. They learned that only certain "compatible" individuals could make use of Anna's Quirk, with anyone else being hit with a negative reaction upon touching Anna. As a result, the family of thousands was culled down to only eight main individuals. Unbeknownst to them, Giulio Gandini, survived the assault and was treated for his injuries, but because of his injuries, his right arm, eye, and left leg were replaced with robotic prosthetics, and his own Quirk has been rendered unusable since it relies on him using his right arm.

Valdo leds the entire family and takes Anna to Japan, the home country of All Might. Japan has entered a chaotic state of unrest as the result of the Paranormal Liberation War, between the destruction caused by the War, the many Villains that have broken out of prisons and been wreaking havoc on the streets after All For One's escape from Tartarus, and the significant decrease in Heroes after many died or retired in the aftermath. With many civilians no longer trusting the authorities and Heroes, they have started to arm themselves with weapons and support items to defend themselves.

To get inside the country, the Gollini Family formed an alliance with Ginji Kurau, one of the Villains who escaped from Tartarus, with him being revealed that he was one of the few compatible with Anna's Quirk. However, desperate for help, Anna pleaded with Ginji and the two formed a deal, that Anna would modify Ginji's Quirk, and in exchange, he would help her escape from the Gollini's captivity. Ginji ended up blindsiding Paulo and managed to escape with Anna.

After getting out however, Ginji went back on his word and chose to use his modified Mad Gluttony to go on a rampage, believing that he would be unstoppable with Anna's Quirk. Fortunately, Class 1-A from the U.A. High Heroes Course were notified on Ginji's rampage and are dispatched to capture him. Class 1-A arrived on the scene first to apprehend the villain; however, Giulio' who arrived in Japan after tracking Anna, interrupts their capture.

Bruno uses his Delay Spot Quirk to stop Giulio from killing Anna with a single shot, and recovers her just as the rest of the Gollini Family arrive in their private yacht. Anna tries to resist upon being taken onto the ship, but Deborah uses her Day Dream to subdue her.

With Anna back in their hands, Valdo undoes his mask, revealing that he has the appearance of prime All Might, shocking everyone. Valdo then touches Anna, allowing his Alchemy Quirk to become immensely enhanced, and their floating ship transforms into a massive fortress, consuming everything in its path in an ocean of light. Soon, the rest of Class 1-A were caught by the light and are consumed inside of the massive fortress.

With the massive fortress now complete, Valdo conjures a majestic palace for him and the Gollini Family, with Anna in his possession. He instructs each of the family to have their Quirks enhanced through Anna, and with each family empowered, they can now begin their next phase. Kamile uses his Spatial Excursion, to move the fortress, as it pushes itself forward across cities, consuming everything in their vicinity.

Inside, Deborah takes Anna to the civilians who were caught by their fortress and uses her newly enhanced Quirk on all of them. While under their dreams, each civilian touches Anna, but while a few are compatible as part of Dark Might's plan, most suffered a painful seizure before losing consciousness. Team 3 from Class 1-A, consisting of Shoto Todoroki, Tenya Ida, Momo Yaoyorozu, Minoru Mineta, Denki Kaminari, Tsuyu Asui, and Mezo Shoji, saw her and Anna hurting the civilians and moves in to attack, but Deborah notices their presence and used her Quirk on them, causing Team 3 to fall into their dreams. Deborah promises to put them in their dreams for a while until they can determine if they're compatible with Anna before continuing her work. In the meantime, students from Team 1: Ochaco Uraraka, Hanta Sero, Kyoka Jiro, Toru Hagakure, and Mashirao Ojiro, accidentally fell into a manhole and ended up in the city center right next to Deborah, who notices them. Before they could attack, Deborah uses her Quirk on them, and intends to do the same to them.

Once she got the civilians done, she does Class 1-A next, but they are all revealed to be incompatible with Anna's Quirk, so they suffered a painful seizure and fell unconscious. Soon, Izuku Midoriya and Giulio arrived in the center where they confront Deborah and Anna. She revealed that those who are compatible with Anna's Quirk will become future soldiers for Dark Might to realize his dream of "Symbol of Peace", and used her Quirk to put Izuku and Giulio into their dreams.

With Izuku and Giulio being the last ones, Deborah has one of the hypnotized civilians strange Giulio to death while he is still under her Quirk. As a civilian stranges Giulio, Izuku is brought back to his senses by the vestiges of One For All, allowing him to realize it is all a dream. He calls to Giulio in his dream, which makes him snap back into reality, and thanks to his prosthetic eye, he is able to see through Deborah's deception and turns his right robotic arm gun toward her, shooting her in the shoulder. This causes Deborah to deactivate her Quirk, freeing everyone who was hypnotized by her Day Dream.

Deborah was confused because no one has ever broken out of her Day Dream before. Anna regains herself and sees Giulio for the first time. At first, she is happy to see him, but then, Giulio turns his gun arm at her, as she seemingly accepts her fate. Kamile suddenly appears and hurried Deborah and Anna out of the city center and flees back into the palace.

Deborah was bandaged up, and apologizes for failing Dark Might, but he reluctantly spares her as he still needed her Quirk to keep Anna under control. After Paulo and Simon were defeated, Valdo concludes that Class 1-A is strong, and so long as Al Might lives, he will continue to inspire the citizens and Heroes in the country who will never adhere to him, so Dark Might decides that if he can destroy the last remnants of the Heroes in the country, then everyone will have to rely on him.

To that end, Dark Might has Kamile change course from gathering cities to the U.A. Shelter, where All Might and most of the Heroes and civilians are located, so he can destroy them all and become the only one standing in his ambitions of becoming the Symbol of Peace.

The Counter-Force at U.A. notice the fortress' change in direction, and realize it is heading right towards the school. All Might leads the Heroes to the outskirts of the city to stage a counter-attack against the fortress. While inside, Dark Might announced to everyone and Class A that he will destroy All Might's alma mater to show that their future is now in his hands. Class 1-A takes action and start evacuating the civilians as quickly as possible, while Izuku, Shoto,, Katsuki Bakugo, and Fumikage Tokoyami move towards the palace to take back Anna and defeat Dark Might; Giulio follows them, intending to use his knowledge to assist them.

While Katsuki and Shoto fight Ugo and Gil, Izuku and Giulio defeated Bruno,forcing Dark Might to escape with Anna to the upper floors of the fortress while Izuku and Giulio pursue them. In the meadow garden, Dark Might dons All Might's Silver Age costume and touches Anna to enhance his Quirk to higher levels. He is able to easily overpower them in battle, and pins Izuku down. Before Giulio could reach Anna, Deborah used her Quirk on Giulio, She has Anna, still hypnotized by her Day Dream, kill Giulio. However, outside, Endeavor caused a strong quake that sends a vibration to knock Anna and Giulio. Giulio's robotic eye, unaffected by Day Dream, recognizes Deborah and his robotic arm nearly shoots her, but it is out of ammo, so she hysterically taunts him. But then, Giulio uses his prosthetic left leg to open a "jet booster" mechanism, allowing him to fly over and smash into a fearful Deborah, defeating her.

Dark Might was eventually defeated by the combined assaults of Izuku, Katsuki, and Shoto, and his defeat caused Dark Might's fortress to collapse.

Deborah's Quirk allows her to make any person she looks at fall unconscious, or to be put in a controllable, hypnotic state for a short period of time. Once she has locked onto a target just by sight alone, the victim's mind will be stuck in a dream-like world where they live out their deepest dreams and desires, rendering them nearly comatose. Under normal conditions, she is only able to activate her Quirk on one person at a time, but when her Quirk Factor is amplified by Anna's Overmodification, she can use it on a near endless amount of people.
