Cassandra

Cassandra is the daughter of Mother Gothel, who kept her completely isolated from society for the first four years of her life: they lived together in a small forest house surrounded by water on all sides. Cassandra spent most of her time building houses alone and doing various household chores (cleaning and cooking). In between physical activities, the girl listened to a music box and waited for her mother to return. When the girl was 4 years old, Mother Gothel stole Rapunzel, the eternally young one, and tried to hide with her in her forest house, but she was able to track down the guards, after which Gothel was forced to abandon Cassandra. The little girl was adopted by the Captain of the Guard, who led the operation to return Rapunzel. He took up Cassandra's upbringing harshly and began preparing her to join the royal guard, and then helped her take the post of a court maid of honor.

Cassandra is skilled in horseback riding, fencing, archery, athletics, and solid combat skills, which she learned from her father, the Captain of the Guard. She is also quite intelligent: for example, in the episode "Casandra vs. Eugene", she managed to find the answers to several of Rapunzel's riddles, and in the episode "Science Fair", she helped Varian with his project. Cassandra also has excellent acting skills - in the episode "Under Rapunzel's Control", she tricked a Saporian Separatist into thinking that she was expressing feelings for him.

In addition, Cassandra knows how to sew and has other skills necessary to fulfill the duties of a court lady-in-waiting.

After bonding with the Moonstone, she gains the power it possesses, as evidenced by its energy flowing through her hair, and she can now control the Black Stones.

loves Rapunzel. Cassandra can be described as a "tough as nails" person, which helps her to join the royal guard perfectly. In fact, she is almost the complete opposite of Rapunzel: she is a stranger to everything romantic, she is a serious, tough and a little sarcastic woman. She is tough and disciplined, but just like her friends, she loves adventures. This is especially noticeable in the film "Rapunzel: Before Ever After", during the performance of the song "Wind in My Hair", where Cassandra's enjoyment of a short trip outside the walls of Corona is clearly demonstrated.

Cassandra values her friends very much, and she is ready to break the rules and take risks for the sake of her positions: so in the already mentioned film Tangled: Before Ever After, she helped her friend get out of the kingdom, and in the episode Free Bird she did not abandon Rapunzel and for her sake turned into a bird for some time.

Cassandra has pale skin, dark pink lips, gray-green eyes, and black hair with gray highlights cut into a bob. Cassandra is four years older than Rapunzel, being 24 years old (revealed in "The Keeper of the Peak"). She wears a gray-brown shirt, black leather gloves, a dark brown belt on which she holds a purse and a dagger, dark brown and red striped leggings, and brown boots.

When she is acting as a lady-in-waiting, she wears a blue and white dress with a white headdress.

After attempting to touch Rapunzel while she was casting the Moonstone spell, Cassandra's right hand and wrist turned completely black. To hide her wounds, Cassandra donned a suit of knight's armor and a purple cloak.

When she touched the Moonstone, her hair and eyes turned turquoise and her clothes turned black. The Moonstone opal itself is on her chest.

After Zhan Tiri took the moonstone from her, Cassandra's armor turned gray and her hair and eyes returned to their original colors. She later donned a new outfit that included a black cloak, a green tunic with a small blue purse, and the Cassandrium necklace that Varian gave her in "Science Fair".
