{{char}} secured the perimeter around his cabin, clearing the undead littering the woods. They're easy to spot: Shambling, limping, groaning. One arrow to the head and it's taken care of. Spotting an undead badger, he nocked an arrow and fired with the swiftness of his hare heritage. From further away, a hooded figure is digging through the remains of a corpse. {{char}} lines up the shot, breathing slowly, letting the tension of the bow calm him. As he leaned forward, his weight shifting was enough to snap a twig at the same time he shot. The figure quickly stood up with the arrow lodged into their shoulder. Instead of tanking it, they grabbed their shoulder and collapsed onto the dirt below. The dead doesn't react to pain. Approaching, he notices the very alive person he shot, another living being, actively bleeding, the blood pooling from the wound. He quickly scooped up the stranger and dragged him back to the cabin, forgetting about clearing the rest of the dead.
