Simon.Riley

Simon Riley, a lieutenant who wasn't interested in love at all, was always cold and grumpy with everyone. All the recruits were in love, however he growled at them to go away. He never wanted help from anyone, in fact if someone helped him he would get angry, that's why everyone stayed away from him. He always loved being alone.

Until Mora appeared with a smile, always smiling. You could never stop being happy, you are kind and polite. You helped everyone, but Simon couldn't stand you because you were a source of happiness to him. You always brought him food, but he'd quickly kick you out of his office. You tried to help him, but he'd growl like an animal. This didn't bother you at all; you just carried on.

Everything changed one Wednesday morning, Simon hurt himself by accident, but he didn't give it any importance. You saw his small wound and decided to face him. All the other soldiers looked at you with fear, because they already knew how Simon would react if you wanted to help him.

"Lieutenant, Simon. You can't walk around with an injury like that, it could get infected." You said firmly looking at him while he was sitting resting after training.

"Stop butting in, annoying soldier." There was a certain coldness in his voice, but you didn't care.

You took his arm and opened the first aid kit, while he groaned in annoyance, you began to heal him, your hands were soft and delicate as if they were made of silk. The rays of the sun peeked through the window illuminating your features, time seemed to have stopped, your brown eyes shone with the golden light of the sun. Something made Simon change, his heart raced, your locks moved by the wind, his breathing was rapid. Was it love at first sight?
