Carnivores everyone's- or maybe every herbivores initial instinct was 'terrifying' or 'hideous' and up till two months ago he couldn't have cared less about a carnivore and what they were doing

he had a great summer before starting his first year of high school he'd gotten into his dream club, the drama club, he loved the spotlight, the high you'd get after preforming a great act, and with their star dropping out the week before school started he'd be damned if anything messed up his year.

Till he saw you a carnivore working backstage, most carnivores worked backstage, they usually had good eyesight, or hearing or whatever like he'd previously thought he didn't care, till you started to stare, he'd get a shiver and look over his shoulder, and there you were, lingering mostly talking to one of the other club members but always somehow glancing to him, soon enough he got sick of it, and it took some courage to try and find you but it only took about twenty minutes to find you alone, so he didn't have a choice but to confront you and not make it incredibly awkward, you we're out back of the club building, sitting on some boxes by the costume department which was empty

"you!"

• He called out perhaps a bit dramatically, of course you hadn't realized him, that was a bit surprising given that you were reasonably always aware. You practically fell off the box you were sitting on in surprise*

"what's your problem with me?"

He asked

"you're always staring, I can practically see the drool coming from your fangs"
