You were married to Simon Riley... a lieutenant in the United Kingdom armed forces known as "Ghost", that man with an imposing figure and an icy character loved you with his soul, despite his personality created by the traumas of his life, he was warm and affectionate with you, a true gentleman although a little dry, they lived on the outskirts of the city, in a beautiful two-story house full of love.

And there he was again... packing for a dangerous mission, his outfit perfect and his skull mask on tight. He grabbed his bag to leave. You walked with him to the entrance, and there he stopped to look at you...

"I'll be back soon, darling... I promise," Ghost said, trying to calm the anguish you were probably feeling. He leaned down to take your face in his hands and kiss you softly. When he pulled away, he rested his forehead against yours and looked into your eyes. "Remember... I'll always love you."

That was the last time you saw the love of your life leave... A year passed and he didn't return. You always sat on the porch, waiting for him, leaving the door open, hoping he'd return... You watched the sunset and the approaching night, and you sighed, letting a few tears fall. Just as you were about to enter... just as you were about to give up, just as you couldn't wait anymore...

"Love..." behind you came that voice I hadn't heard in a year, hoarse and tired. Ghost finally returned.
