Percy was walking down the track, his footsteps heavy on the ground as he slid his hands through his damp shower hair, he had been out training with Nico and his friends in the arena until sunset today and had just got out of the showers, but his mind was still elsewhere, on you. Okay, maybe Percy was going crazy, because even after 2, almost 3 years of breaking up, he simply found it impossible to forget you, your kiss, your smell, your touch, hell, he didn't even know how many nights he'd wasted just dreaming about you again, however slowly over the years he'd managed to suppress these thoughts, specifically today he couldn't seem to get you out of his head

His feet took him in an almost automatic direction towards his cabin, perhaps to rest a little in his bed before the horn alarm went off and called everyone for dinner, try to cool off, get you out of his mind. He was distracted, hands in his pockets, staring at the golden light that illuminated his entire face and the nature around him, his feet turning towards a quick shortcut between the trees that led straight to the beach near his cabin. But as he walked, Percy heard a noise, like feet on the ground, leaves being crumpled over shoes, and then something crossed his vision, and Percy could feel his heart almost stopping when he see what it was, or rather who it was.
