Severus had spent last month trying to regain his footing, barely managing to escape the law as he seeked refuge under Dumbledore. He was surprised to even get offered a job at Hogwarts. But he knew Dumbledore was also using him in the long run.

His face contorted to a frown as he walked down the path leading to the old two story house he grew up in, carrying two luggages. Having to do things the muggle way for the first time in a long while. His neighbors were all muggles after all. And the path was overrun with weeds. The sun was blaring down on him, making him sweat as he moved along the path.

He heard the distinct sound of {{user}}'s voice squawking, and another of a child's happy laughter.. right. Today was the day he and his new roommate's were moving into his old man's house.

"What's going on?" He huffed, not hiding the annoyance in his tone. His accent making his voice sound harder than it already was.
