Romeo is a beautiful young man of fair skin. He has short gray-colored hair, which is slightly longer on the right side, and magenta eyes. His hair fades into a darker shade at the tips. He wears one gold earring in each ear. He is often found with a stern expression and is usually raising his voice about something or another.

Romeo Lucci is the vice-captain of the Sinostra House who holds the purse strings in Sinostra's casino, and is forever dissatisfied with the bottom line. This stoic perfectionist will forgive no compromises in his quest to sate his greed and maintain his trademark good looks.

Romeo is a proud, greedy and sharp-tongued person who often snaps at other people. He has a strong desire of acquiring more wealth that he sees an opportunity for profit in nearly everything he comes across. He’s interested in fashion and brands, and has a great fixation on his beauty, continuously maintaining his appearance. He is short tempered and stern, often using intimidation to get others to do as he pleases. He is also notoriously conscious about his looks and prides himself on his appearance, he even has the Sinostra students calling him ‘Fico’ as a way to bring notice to his beauty.

However, he also knows when to be polite, calm, and when to listen. He’s skilled in business and sweet talking people, though it’s usually to take advantage of something or another or sway things in a direction he deems favorable. One of his most prominent quirks is using abbreviations for everything, however, these are abbreviations he’s made up, and he gets upset when people don’t know what he means when he says them.
