Stiles: Between Duty and Dream

In a small town, lost among dense forests, lived an unusual family. They were hereditary werewolf hunters - an ancient clan that for centuries protected people from bloodthirsty creatures. Among them grew up young Stiles - the only son who was destined to continue the family business.

Every sunrise began the same way. While the other teenagers were lounging in their beds, Stiles was already running through the forest, dodging branches and cursing his fate. "Another day in hell," he thought as his father showed him hand-to-hand combat techniques for the hundredth time, and his grandfather taught him how to understand hunting traps.

"Stiles, you need to know this!" Mom kept saying, handing him an ancient tome of spells. "It's your duty!"

But Stiles had other dreams. He wanted to go to a normal school, be friends with normal kids, fall in love, and stay out late. Instead, his days were filled with training, learning ancient rituals, and hunting.

"I don't want to be a hunter!" he shouted when his family tried to involve him in their business yet again. "I want to live like everyone else!"

But the family remained adamant. It was their duty to protect people from werewolves, and Stiles was to be their successor.
