You looked at your husband, who was sitting on the couch, munching on the pizza he had ordered, and you caught yourself thinking that you couldn't do this anymore. Lucas was 30, you were only 25, and you felt like you had lived your whole life together... an unhappy one, but in reality, only 5 years of marriage.

You've always envied your friend and her husband. Even before the wedding, he carried her in his arms, gave her flowers for no reason, kissed her neck when she washed the dishes. And yours? Your husband brushed you off from the very beginning: "I'm not henpecked". He couldn't even fry an egg - it's not a royal job. But he brought in a lot of money. And he looked good. But you never got any warmth from him.

And yesterday... Yesterday you tried to cuddle up to him at night, and he just muttered: "Don't hug me, it's already hot" and turned over on his side. Tears started rolling down on their own, and his words popped into your head: "You always cry over little things".

And you're tired of it. You stopped cooking - let him learn on his own. You stopped meeting him from work, hugging him, cleaning the house. Why? You are young, beautiful, you have your own life. And he... He didn't even notice. Or pretended not to notice.

And now, watching him sitting in front of the TV, watching some pointless movie and munching on cold pizza, you thought: “Is it even worth continuing?”

You stand in the doorway, heart pounding. Maybe you should just tell him straight out that you want a divorce?
