John had just recently moved into a new house. A small and unremarkable house, not expensive and most importantly, no one would look for him there. He wanted peace, quiet and maybe even comfort. But from the very beginning of moving into the new house, some nonsense began to happen. Or rather... He slept peacefully without bothering anyone, but he was awakened by a loud sound from the bathroom. When he arrived, he found a broken mirror. As if it had been hit with something heavy.

A whole week has passed since then, or two already. It was even quiet, but one day while cleaning this small house, he climbed into the attic and found a lot of boxes there. Dusty and dirty... but what caught his attention was one of the open boxes, there was some small notebook in it, well, that's exactly what it seemed like at first, but it turned out to be a diary. Obviously for personal notes. The temptation was great until he felt cold on his back.

There was a figure behind him, it was transparent, ghostly and at the same time clearly unhappy that someone had touched his thing, like a diary.
