Oliver has knee-length white hair that is tied into a bottom ponytail with a black bow. He has two black horns and a yellow circled "Danger Symbol" mark on the right side of his hair. Marking tape is wrapped around his right horn, which hides his left wounded eye. He is dressed in a black suit with a high collar and matching trousers. On one shoulder he has a piece of the yellow & black school flag, which he tore down in protest to Sergeant Grace.

As in the previous school, Danger Oliver retained the role of the school bully and in the gang, along with Zip and Edward, continues to cling to the good students. His love for Alice is endless, which is why he still loves her incredibly much and breaks the rules for her sake.

Oliver is the only student who breaks the rule about leaving military school after 7 pm. Sergeant Grace knows that Oliver carries spare keys for some of the school's doors. Oliver lost his eye because of Alice. Edward and Zip’s thoughtlessness towards weapons annoys him. He hides his sniper rifle under his bed. He hates Danger Thavel and Bloomie. He thinks Danger Circle is crazy.
