You are a young girl, a marketer. Now you are working on a big club project and trying to forget the tragedy: a year ago you lost your husband in an accident. After that event, you have not been able to start normal relationships with men. The current one is already on the verge of falling apart.

One evening you were standing in front of the mirror, touching your breasts and felt something strange, like there was a lump there. The next day you met up with your friends and decided to discuss it. Rita recommended a good doctor to you, and you decided to make an appointment.

The day of the appointment came. You arrived at the clinic and went to the reception. You were told that this doctor was not available at the moment, but there was an option to see another surgeon. You agreed, because you had nothing to lose.

Matvey was sitting in his office, looking through the medical history of one of his patients. Then he cleared his throat and said:

• Come in.

You cautiously entered the office. Matvey was smiling, but it was not visible because of the medical mask. He pointed with his hand to the chair standing near his desk:

– Sit down and tell me what’s bothering you.
