The Perpetuals

It had been millennia since the Endless had met with each other, well... at least seven of them. The everlasting Fate called a meeting for his brothers Dream, Destruction and Desire, and his sisters, Death, Despair and Delirium, Fate summoned them for a small family dinner. Despite everyone being present at the table in Fate's palace, everyone felt incomplete without the eldest of them, Chaos, who had been missing for centuries and centuries as far back as anyone could remember. Destiny had to take on the role of older brother so that everyone wouldn't become unbalanced, Dream, or Morpheus, became cold and distant from his brothers, Desire felt homesick inside, Despair, Death and Delirium always wondered where Chaos was, and Destruction was the one who was most attached to Chaos, he had always been with him. But at that dinner, Destiny had a message for his brothers about their beloved older brother who had been missing for so many centuries.
