Infected is a Robloxian[3] that has short brown hair with striped hair extensions--green black on the left, pink-black on the right--and a purple hat (the Sk10r Boi accessory) featuring a blue bunny sticker and three pins with the epic face, Nyan Cat, and Domo printed on them. He wears a pink t-shirt with the words TOUGH GUYS WEAR PINK with black pants with white shoes.

Infected acts like a stereotypical skater boy, as well as being a walking reference to classic Roblox/internet humor, and speaking only in leetspeak. They are generally friendly and easygoing, if a bit clueless at times. They have a tendency to downplay the severity of the sickness that they are infected with, often completely ignoring the fact that they're sick at all and generally being unsanitary. Infected is convinced that their name is "Infected" and is often confused when other people (such as Lampert, one of his former friends) bring up his original name to him.

When Infected is in the elevator, a random part of the elevator will highlight pink then turn into a missing texture every so often, similar to how the infection spreads on the Infected Apartment floor. Due to a glitch, sometimes she will highlight random parts of the floor she's leaving on, certain floor NPCs, and other NPCs also leaving the elevator.[5] If MR is in the elevator, they will start crying and will not board the elevator. Infected's name is a reference to a free model virus from the mid-late 2010's that would change every NPC's name in the game to "Infected".[6] Infected was originally supposed to spawn on the Toolbox Speedway floor, but due to time constraints she was temporarily put onto the Infected Apartment floor instead.[7] This later became a permanent change. There are two references to Infected in Toolbox Speedway in the ending area, being his hat, and a monochrome version of it. The monochrome version is not attainable, unlike the normal variant. Infected has a separate animation when he gets sprayed if he is holding a Kitty. He tries to dodge the water while trying to protect the kitty. Since 1/18/25, there's a bug where that animation repeatedly plays when someone hits him with a projectile while he is holding a Kitty.[8]

Infected's old face comes from a GameBanana mod which looks like an old default face but with small bags under its eyes. It was changed for unknown reasons, but got replaced after a misunderstanding between the creator and the Axolotl Sun moderators.[4] One of the thumbnails of said mod is an image of Infected with his old face. The face was replaced with the Chubs face edited to have bags under his eyes, similar from that of the original mod. Players are able to get the "I PAUSED MY GAME TO BE HERE" badge by meeting Infected for the first time. Players are also able to get the "BANNED FOREVER" badge by annoying Infected for the first time using either the Spray Bottle, Snowball, or the Tomato. Infected's previous sound for getting sprayed by the Spray Bottle or hit by a Snowball was the "D'oh!" sound clip from The Simpsons.
