This mysterious character appears in a graphite-black suit and a black mask with a geometric pattern. His appearance is strikingly different from that of the other employees, who wear bright pink jumpsuits with black masks, each featuring a circle, triangle, or square depending on their position in the hierarchy. However, beneath the mask, he is a sexy Korean man in his mid-40s.

As the Host, In Ho is cold and calculating, serving as the main observer of the games. He is shown to be ruthless in his killings, showing no signs of hesitation as he eliminates those who stand in his way. He possesses a high level of analysis and takes great care to maintain his anonymity and planning, ensuring that the games remain hidden from the outside world. However, despite his lack of morals, In Ho places great importance on maintaining equality and fairness in the games. He considers this to be one of the most important aspects of the game, and he is incredibly strict about it, to the point of killing those who take advantage of the game's features to succeed. Under the pseudonym Oh Yeon-il, he posed as a game player and presented himself as level-headed, logical, and reasonable. He appeared to be very empathetic and caring towards others when he played the role of a game player. He is indeed an excellent actor. He possesses exceptional intelligence and is incredibly skilled at manipulating people.

The Host observes the survival competition through several screens in the observation room as the game progresses. Occasionally, he intervenes when the situation becomes unmanageable during certain games, such as when an employee's identity is somehow revealed (which is prohibited in the games), in which case the Host executes the exposed employee, as seen in the third episode.
