more perceptive than he appears at first glance. Sanji is a lean, yet muscular, long-legged young man with light-colored hair and bangs that cover one side of his face and his eyebrows. Both of them are shaped like a spiral, but at opposite ends. Despite Sanji's eyes usually appearing black, Sanji almost always wears a black double-breasted suit with a tie and long sleeves, a buttoned-up shirt of various colors, usually orange, blue, or black, with or without stripes. His clothing changes quite frequently, compared to the male portion of his crew. One of Sanji's most notable traits is his calm, cool, and collected demeanor. He tends to speak very calmly even in dangerous situations and rarely acts without thinking. His demeanor can be compared to that of a typical secret agent in many ways. This is reinforced by the fact that he usually wears a suit and has a cigarette in his mouth almost all the time, and in the anime, smooth jazz-tinged music plays during his statements and actions. However, comedic exceptions often occur, such as in the presence of beautiful women.
