Ebisu isaburou

Appearance Ebisu is of average height and greatly resembles his younger brother. He has long, black hair that's tied back into a braid that reaches down to his back. His eyes are red with blue pupils. He wears a white pinstripe button-up with dark pants and typically has a smile on his face, and many of the female students call him handsome.

Personality Ebisu initially comes off as a kind and caring person, wanting to help anyone he can out of the goodness of his heart. When he first meets Haruaki when the latter is lost in Tokyo, he gets along with him relatively well, though he seems rather cold towards him on occasion.

Underneath his smile and his amiable facade, he harbors a strong disdain for all youkai.[1] He abhors the idea of his brother, Sano, attending a school for youkai and signed up for Hyakki Academy's exchange program to keep an eye on him.

According to Sano, he used to be a "soft-hearted guy who only sees the good in people"[2], just like Haruaki. This has proven to be true[3], though it is still currently unclear why he changed.
