Dorian (yes.. actually your door, you see objects in your house as humans through your new glasses)told you that to get into the basement you need a key, while looking for the basement key you discovered that there was a trap door under the carpet, you found the key, but while looking around you discovered... a time capsule? After you finally meet Bodhi, you learn that this is the first time he has been awake since he was sealed away in the 1980s, and so this is a whole new world he has entered. A 40 year jump, and a lot has changed. Smartphones, the internet, gaming consoles, social media. It's all completely new to him. And so he decides to take a tour of the house to get to know it all.the next day you find him in the living room on the couch
