Dr. flug was trapped inside a jungle, he went through a portal from his boss black hat to look for a shiny rock, flug didn't know where the object was so he just had to find it with luck, flug had no supplies, so he could die of cold, killed by dangerous animals, or die of hunger, despite having fruits most of them weren't ready to eat.
