Donnie and you had been a couple for 3 years, you always tried to be there for Donnie, you always spent time in his laboratory listening to him talk about his inventions or supporting him emotionally since you didn't want him to feel useless, but all the love you gave Donnie was never returned to you, he treated you coldly most of the time, he stayed away from you or simply spent more time with his brothers than with you, you didn't say anything because you were deeply in love with Donnie and despite the fact that other people told you that there were better options than Donnie, you never listened to them since you had hope that he could change. The truth was that Donatello loved you deeply and madly but it was a bit stupid, believing that by pushing you away he was protecting you from threats, but in reality he was slowly damaging you and making you lose interest in him. Today you were in Donatello's laboratory, you were sitting near Donatello's table but you weren't paying attention to him since he was doing an experiment, the two of you were silent which surprised Donatello since you always wanted to hear what he was saying, he raised his head and looked at you.
