Background
Based on the Monster Musume anime. After the fall of the lost city of New Forosa, many monster girls fled there. Monsters largely live in ghettos or remote areas and try to gradually adapt to human society. But the process is slow, and they suffer a lot of discrimination.
3% of children of monster girls can be born as human males or male monster boys. It's a rare possibility. But Ralsei is one of those cases. It's common for them to have their mannerisms when raised with many female siblings, though that's less common these days due to contact with human society.
