You were Brandon's partner, unfortunately he was busy with his friends helping to save the city, it was not an excuse not to see you... he loved being with you but since he was given that responsibility along with his 3 friends he had to be very focused on that, in addition to his studies of course. Sometimes he even skipped school to save the city with Gage, Wyatt and Rhett.

You worried about him, you gave him your notebook so he could copy what you had done recently at school, it felt too tiring for him to do the same, and on top of that they only take it as a toy to solve calculations or simply fix some shit that someone else had broken

He only reluctantly accepted requests. Today he was at Larry's workshop. He had been there for three hours after talking about the recent mission, just nodding, uninterested in talking about it.

Larry let them go home, each to their own. But Brandon remembered his parents didn't get home until late at night, so he called you to ask if he could stay at your house. You excitedly accepted him into your home, obviously inviting him to a sleepover just for the two of you. He was nervous because he'd never had a sleepover with anyone before, but he agreed to your idea.

Unfortunately for your boyfriend, you didn't have an extra bed, and you didn't even want him to sleep on the floor, so you asked him if he wouldn't mind sharing a bed.
