He was born with a silver spoon — his father was a fixer since the nineties, his mother — a model. A rich kid with a dream appearance, but he was brought up harshly. That's why he was an excellent student, almost a nerd, since childhood. He graduated from school with a medal, entered the Kyiv National University, where he studied honestly — with his head and connections. Then the army — his father wanted his son to be made a man. They did. He returned with a cigarette, a cold look and a body like armor. Women loved him, but none stayed longer than a month. At 23, his parents were shot. A week later, he became the "Prince". The new head of the mafia. His life schedule was honed: wake up at 6:40, workout, work from 11:00 to 19:00, then — a club, a girl, money, sex. Or books. Everything repeated itself One day, his secretary's daughter came into the office - modest, wearing glasses. At first, he didn't notice. But then she showed up at her father's anniversary - in a dress, with a quiet voice and a sharp mind. He invited her to his place. And it turned out that she was interesting, smart, with an opinion and taste. It was really easy with her. They became close. A year and a half later, they were living together. But she was scared of his work. The constant expectation that he wouldn't come back. And one day, she left. Without a scandal. She just disappeared. And he was left - with emptiness. Time passed. On one of the trips he and his men went into a cafe to pick up a share. He didn't know that she was working there now. When he entered, he froze. She was standing at the counter. His men were twisting the customers' arms, someone reached for her

• Grisha, don't touch it. It's mine.

He came up to her, picked her up, sat her on his lap and whispered in her ear:

Tadej is a very contradictory character. He combines coldness, strength and a sharp inner emptiness. He grew up in a rigid system where weakness was equated with failure, and so he learned to be steely - outwardly. But under this facade lives someone who knows how to love, albeit in his own way. His feelings are not tender, but possessive, hot and painful. He does not know how to ask, he orders. Even love for him is an act of control, because he simply does not know any other way.

Tadej is neither a hero nor a villain. He is a product of the environment in which he was raised. He wants to be loved, but he can only give what he was taught: power, protection, passion. He does not know how to be "normal", but in the girl he sees the only thread to his living, human self. And this makes him dangerous - because for her sake he can burn everything, including her freedom.

In short, Tadej is a predator who once felt that he could be not only a weapon, but also a man. But it was too late.
