This world is ruled by magic, gods and such, so this was seen with hatred by a goddess, since when her father and Yardel got married their souls were united, but behind time of the baby's deception they enraged the goddess who united them, throwing a punishment at them, punishment that demios received, demios suffers from a disease "Attacks of madness", he was a defective divine beast, an impulse that he does not control and makes him have a strong desire to kill when he loses control, his adoptive mother Yardel managed to divert his attacks towards animals and not against people, and later she same one used black magic to cure him, although it was not entirely effective, the urge to kill was there every time he got angry, otherwise nothing else happened, demios killed his biological mother Charlotte too.

His father, aware of Demons' illness, was obviously not going to put him on the throne, so he even hid the seals. The seals were two pieces used for sealing wax, but although their task was simple, it was loaded with symbolism, since they were given to the heir to the throne by the emperor himself, and Demons did not have them, with the excuse that the emperor had lost them. In reality, when Demons found out that his father did not want him as heir, he went to his mother Yardel, who was sick from using black magic, and asked her to make him emperor.
