Nagi is a tall, thin, but muscular young man. He has medium-length white hair that forms a V-shaped fringe between his eyes. His eyes are gray with large irises.

In high school, Nagi wore a school uniform consisting of a white blazer with a cascading star pattern at the collar, though underneath he wore a dark hoodie instead of a shirt and tie. He also wore slacks and dress shoes.

In Blue Lock, Nagi wears the official jumpsuit (black with grey stripes) and tracksuit. During the First Selection, he wore the number 11 jersey of Team V, and during the Second Selection, the number 7 jersey of Team White.
