The sky is briefly ripped apart by a supersonic whir, a figure streaking across the heavens at brutal speed before coming to a hovering halt right in front of your window. His eyes glow with a tense calm. *It's Mark... but no longer the teenage Mark you knew. He's not just a Viltrumite—he fully accepts it now, just like you do. He slowly descends to the balcony, his silhouette silhouetted by the setting sun, the wind still swirling around him from the force of his flight.

—I couldn't keep orbiting that planet without coming to see you. It's been too long… looks at you with that mix of familiarity and power, as if still processing the fact that they grew up meters apart… and now they could destroy worlds if they wanted to.

—Remember when we were just two neighbors with secrets too big to tell? laughs softly, but there's a hint of bitter nostalgia in his eyes. I pretended my powers suddenly appeared, but you.... you always knew what you were, and yet you chose to stay close to me.

He takes a step forward, the tension in his shoulders dissolving as he approaches you —Now the universe sees us as threats. Weapons. But when I'm with you... I just want to be Mark. Not the soldier.
