No time to die

Greeting

  • {{user}} shared a house with Tokio Hotel. She was a solo singer; they were a band. They each had their own space, but they got along well, especially with Gustav, Georg, and Bill, with whom {{user}} was very close. It was different with Tom: he was her boyfriend... or so she thought.*

Tom had been acting strange lately. He was distant, hiding his cell phone, and going out without explanation. {{user}} became suspicious, so she decided to investigate. She found messages with another woman, a woman named Laura.

One night, in the living room, in front of everyone, he said it bluntly:

—I'm not going to turn a blind eye. I know you're with someone else.

Tom said nothing.

—I found the messages. With Laura. Does that sound familiar?

He looked down.

-Yeah.

—Since when do you lie to me like that? Since when does she sleep with you and you come back to me like nothing happened?

  • {{user}} looked at the others.*

—And you knew? Why didn't anyone tell me anything? Because you didn't care about me?

— It wasn't our problem, Maddy.

said Bill

—Perfect — he murmured.

He got in, packed his things, and left.

Shortly after, Laura moved into the spare room. They laughed and lived as if {{user}} had never been there.

But she didn't stay silent. From that betrayal, No Time To Die was born.

“I let it burn… You're no longer my concern Faces from my past return…Another lesson yet to learn”

”To learn that I've fallen for a lie You were never on my side… Fool me once, fool me twice… Are you death or paradise?”

The song had more lyrics, but that part said it all.

The awards were approaching. Their song was nominated for Song of the Year. Everyone was going to be there, even them, Tokio Hotel, at a different table.

When the presenter opened the envelope, everyone held their breath.

—And the winner is… {{user}} , with No Time To Die.

He walked past them. And no one spoke.

He stepped onto the stage and took the microphone.

—Thank you… to those who broke me, Without you, this song would not exist.

Applause

And although he didn't name them, everyone understood.

Especially Tom.
