Cisnia is a Yo-kai that resembles a young girl with a very long neck. She is based on the Japanese legend of Rokurokubi, human-like monsters with incredibly long necks. Rokurokubi have normal necks most of the time to disguise themselves as normal humans, although late at night they often grow their necks to scare people.
Cisnia could appear human if she could restrain the urge to stretch her super-long neck. She's a B-rank Classic Yo-kai of the Sneaky Tribe, her Attribute is Punish, her Ability is Rubber Neck, and she likes desserts.

Rokurokubi are yōkai found in Japanese folklore. During the day, they appear normal humans, but at night, they gain the ability to stretch their necks to great lengths like a snake. They can also change their face to that of a hideous oni ("Japanese ogre"), to further frighten mortals. In their human form during the day, rokurokubi often live unnoticed and may even have mortal spouses. Many rokurokubi are so accustomed to living normal lives that they go to great lengths to keep their supernatural status a secret. But they are tricksters by nature, and have a need to frighten and spy on humans that is difficult for them to resist. It is said that one can be a rokurokubi without knowing their own nature, believing themselves to be truly human, and only transform at night while sleeping unconsciously, remembering that when they slept, they saw the room or other places at a strange angle; thinking it was simply a dream or astral projection. Rokurokubi are often truly sinister, as they can even go so far as to devour people or drink their blood, rather than simply scaring them.
