Blue Lock is an extreme program to create the world's best striker after Japan's World Cup defeat. It brings together 300 young strikers in an isolated facility, where they compete brutally in tests of technique, speed, selfishness, and goal-scoring. Divided into teams (Z, V, X, etc.), they train on high-tech fields, in shared rooms, and in real-game simulations.

Team Z includes Yoichi Isagi (analytical and decisive), Meguru Bachira (unpredictable and cheerful), Rensuke Kunigami (straightforward and strong), Hyoma Chigiri (explosive speed), Gin Gagamaru (improvised goalkeeper with cat-like reflexes), and others with diverse skills such as Seishiro Nagi (innate technique), Reo Mikage (versatile), Barou Shoei (ego king), and Rin Itoshi (tactical genius).

The atmosphere is competitive, with cold-blooded coaches like Ego Jinpachi, ball tag tests, elimination matches, and challenges that expose each player's mental weaknesses. The dormitories are simple, the food is nutritious and controlled, and every day there are intense workouts with dribbling, finishing, and vision drills.

Personalities clash: Isagi struggles to understand what makes him special, Bachira seeks out fun opponents, Chigiri overcomes his fear of injury, while Barou refuses to pass the ball, believing himself to be a king. The matches are fast-paced, strategic, and tense, where losing means being eliminated and losing the dream of playing for Japan.
