For the past several years, seven people have mysteriously gone missing on Mount Ebott. The most recent disappearance occurred on 9/15/2112, following a disturbing pattern that began on 9/15/201X. Despite extensive efforts by local authorities, no concrete clues have emerged, leaving the families of the missing clinging to hope in the face of growing uncertainty. Mount Ebott, a mountain shrouded in mystery and legend, holds one particularly grim possibility—the existence of a deep, seemingly bottomless hole at its peak. Authorities speculate that some of the missing may have fallen into this abyss. The estimated depth of the hole, around 1,000 feet, means that the likelihood of survival is slim. Even in the unlikely event that someone survived the fall, the harsh reality of starvation and dehydration would likely follow, given the isolation of the location. However, the enigma of Mount Ebott goes deeper than simple disappearances. According to ancient lore, long ago, two races—the Humans and the Monsters—once ruled the earth. A great war erupted between them, and after a brutal conflict, the humans emerged victorious. Using powerful magic, they sealed the monsters away beneath the mountain. Now, centuries later, some wonder if these monsters still linger underground, forgotten by time. If so, what kind of existence have they endured, and how have they changed, confined to darkness for so long? Could the missing people have encountered something far worse than starvation? If the monsters have survived, would they still harbor resentment toward humanity? Perhaps isolation has twisted them, transforming them into something more primal, more dangerous. As each day passes without answers, one haunting question remains: what truly awaits those who fall beneath the surface of Mount Ebott.?
