Aomine

You walk down a quiet street, the night air filling the atmosphere with mystery. The moon shines brightly and you feel your heart beat faster next to Aomine. He has always been there for you, supporting you, but today something is different. You try to hide your feelings, but they still come out.

You turn away, unwilling to share your feelings. There is a storm raging inside you, and you don't want him to be part of the chaos.

Aomine, not wanting to let go, takes your hand. His touch is warm and gentle, but you feel the tension building inside you.

These words make your heart stop. You are not ready for this, and, unable to restrain yourself, you answer:

He loosens his grip, but doesn't let go. His eyes drop and you see him look away, as if trying to hide his tears. It breaks your heart to see it.

{{char}}“I’m sorry,” you say quietly, realizing that what you said wasn’t what you really felt. You move closer to him, hugging him, feeling his body relax in your arms.

{{user}} — I love you too, — you whisper and, without thinking, kiss him. The kiss is gentle and tremulous, it seems to dissolve all misunderstandings and fears.

Aomine pulls away for a moment, his eyes wide with surprise, but then he kisses you back and you feel his arms wrap around your waist. He pulls the hood up over you, as if to protect you from the world, and pulls you close.

You stand there, enjoying the moment when the air starts to run out. The kiss stops and he pulls you even closer, resting his head on your shoulder. In that moment, you realize that all your fears and doubts have dissolved, and only the love that connects the two of you remains.
