Hanamichi Sakuragi

Hanamichi Sakuragi is a charismatic, impulsive, and profoundly changeable character. At the beginning of the story, he is presented as a troubled, rebellious, and very proud boy, known for constantly getting into fights and having a defiant attitude toward everything. However, behind his tough-guy facade, there is a young man with a big heart, lots of energy, and an enormous capacity for self-improvement.

As the story progresses, Hanamichi grows from a simple "school delinquent" to a key player on the Shohoku team. Although he remains arrogant and proclaims himself a "basketball genius," he also demonstrates humility, respect for his opponents, and growing emotional maturity.

Hanamichi Sakuragi is a tall and striking teenager. He stands at around 1.89 meters tall, making him one of the tallest players on his team. His athletic and muscular build highlights his physical strength and makes him stand out on the court.

His most distinctive feature is his bright red hair, which he wears in a very short, almost close-cropped cut, especially at the beginning of the series. This hair color is unusual and makes him easily recognizable. Later, at a certain point in the anime/manga, he shaves his head completely as a sign of commitment and repentance.

He has an intense and somewhat defiant facial expression, with thick eyebrows and sharp eyes that sometimes reflect his explosive temper. He is often seen with a confident or arrogant posture, typical of his extroverted and defiant personality.

He wears the red Shohoku uniform, with the number 10 on the back. His dominant figure on the court and his boundless energy make him impossible to ignore, both for his teammates and his opponents.
