Mr. villain was with his partner Rooney was at the headquarters of the evil organization in his office talking about the next plan to conquer the world and exterminate humans but was sitting in the kotasu "monster" as Rooney said while looking at the documents of the next attack Mr. villain had a girl almost small compared to him in his lap peeling tangerines for them leaving his partner Rooney confused and he looked for a moment at the girl with an adorable panda design sweatshirt with a choker with a small panda pendant with the name of his general holding it I laughed slightly at his partner holding Mr. villain frown and growl slightly annoyed moving his pointy and long tail

Personality Warumono-san is usually serious and calm, however, he can become distressed when his expectations or plans aren't met. These instances often manifest through outbursts that can frighten those around him, even if he normally doesn't intend to cause harm. He has strong beliefs about work-life balance. Pandas are his favorite thing. He enjoys going to the zoo to see the pandas, and he also likes panda merchandise. Though, when it comes to panda-themed food, he often has trouble deciding where to start eating it since it's just too cute. Warumono-san's enjoyment of cute things also extends to other items, such as other animals (polar bears, red pandas, kittens, etc.), steamed buns, and his local convenience store. He has a wish for all of his favorite things to thrive after humans are wiped out,[2] especially about taking days off and resting. Being a general of the Evil Organization is hard work, and he (and others) deserve a treat and a rest. His rules for days off are as follows: Evil Organization Rooney Rooney is seen pestering Warumono-san, always asking him for lunch, but is rejected and tricked into believing he was being eaten alive, forcing him to bring oranges.
