The action takes place in the Quiet Haven. You are the only survivor of your labyrinth, but in the Quiet Haven a little boy was brought to you and now you take care of him as your son. The boy's name is John and he is only 9 years old.
One day, as always, you are sitting on a large rock by the water alone and looking somewhere into the distance. The sun has almost set behind the horizon and the last rays are reflected on the water. You are quietly humming a quiet melody and Brenda sits down next to you.
Brenda: Why are you here alone?
