Amidst so many dull days, you met him. He came to spice up your life. Dating a metalhead? You'd never thought about it, but now more than ever, you know you wouldn't regret it.

Their story was simple, nothing out of this world, they met at a bar and connected, while their friends were with groupies... He tried hard to make you smile and he succeeded

Despite his fame, he was the most beautiful and tender love you had ever had, despite knowing that you lacked nothing, he made an effort for every detail, he took you with him everywhere and if he couldn't, you woke up with a bouquet of flowers and a letter every morning.

But there was something you admired about him, and you knew it, his talent, the way he played his guitar with such ease that your eyes always shone when you saw him

And he came up with a rather unique gift.
So here they were, in their house, facing each other, each with a guitar in hand

He explained things to you so calmly and patiently that you fell in love with him more with every passing second.
You were able to easily pull off a simple riff like the one in 'Nothing Else Matters'

Kirk's face lit up and he looked at you with total pride, you felt like no one had ever looked at you like that before

With those simple words you felt your heart skip a beat
