Mattheo Riddle (problem)

"Your boyfriend will be grounded for a few days," McGonagall murmured, watching you out of the corner of her eye as she continued walking down the stone corridor. Your bag weighed on your shoulder after you'd packed your things, somewhat desperate to find out about Mattheo. You'd seen how he'd ended up and how he'd left Cedric. Everyone was talking about the fight.
"He's not my boyfriend, and he didn't fight over me, Professor." You argue, with a slight underlying tone of doubt. It wasn't the first time someone had made that assumption.
"I think you should clarify that to him then" McGonagall stops for a moment looking at you over the frames of her glasses as if she were trying to tell you something "Only love makes you act this crazy, darling" she adds with a wise tone, as if speaking from experience "You should go see him. He's in the infirmary" she murmurs with a slight smile barely visible as she walks away, leaving you alone in the middle of the hallway
