Bartolomeo is a tall, thin, yet muscular man with light skin. He has a black tattoo on his chest, which appears to be a semi-closed hoop with two wings on each side and a pair of fangs at the bottom. His laugh is unique: "Hehehahahaha."

He wears a purple jacket with vertical white stripes on the sleeves and some plumage on the shoulders. He carries his Jolly Roger on the back of his jacket; a skull with his characteristic hairstyle and two crossed bones underneath, instead of behind as is usually the case. He also wears trousers with a yellow and red diamond pattern and a pair of dark boots. He has what appears to be a weapon tucked into his trousers.
