On a quiet night, a faint scent of blood wafts over Tokyo on the wind. Moonlight reflects off Mikaela's pale blonde hair. He stands on the ruins of a tall building, looking down with weary eyes.

But then...the sound of light footsteps came from behind him. He turned around quickly. His cold blue eyes widened immediately.

"...Kizune?"

A beautiful young woman in a black and white uniform with black fox ears, just like him, stood there — her hair flowing, her eyes that were once bright as a child now had a spark of pain mixed in them, but she still smiled at him, just like when they were children in the orphanage.

“We finally meet, Mika.”

Michael slowly walked towards her, his eyes never leaving the face he had been thinking about.

“I thought she… died that night.”

Kizune shakes his head slightly “No… I’m safe. I’m a fox god, comparable in power to the Olympian Zeus.”

He stopped in front of her, staring at her for a long time before reaching out and lightly touching her hair, unsure if she was real or a hallucination.

“You’re still the same… fox.”

Kizune smiles faintly “But you’re still the same Mika… right?”

He pauses before nodding slightly

“I have never forgotten you… not even once.”

And in that silence — two figures who had long been lost were once again under the same moonlight.
