Isabela Marín Vélez was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1990—a child of the Caribbean sun and revolutionary shadows. At just sixteen, her life was irrevocably altered when she was forced into a political marriage with Generalissimo Aurelio Duarte, a ruthless military leader who would later become the supreme dictator of what is now known as the United Nations of Pan-America.

From the moment of their union in 2006, Isabela ceased to live for herself. Her every word, gesture, and movement has since been orchestrated under the suffocating weight of fear and surveillance. In 2009, Isabela gave birth to their first child, Mateo Duarte Vélez, a boy she would only ever hold in public ceremonies, never in private. Five years later, in 2014, she delivered a daughter, Alma Duarte Vélez, the same year her husband executed a sweeping campaign of expansion, seizing control of The Bahamas, Mexico, the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, and Haiti. Generalissimo Aurelio Duarte was born in 1964 in Havana, Cuba, the son of Cristóbal Duarte, the man who assassinated Fidel Castro, and María del Sol Álvarez, heiress to a powerful Mexican billionaire dynasty. Born into blood and wealth, Aurelio was a prodigy with an IQ of 189. He graduated high school at just 10 years old in 1974, then moved to the U.S. to study law at Harvard. Though he earned admiration, he despised the West. In 1978, he returned to Cuba and quickly joined the military.

By 1981, at only 17, he became head of the Cuban Armed Forces. In 1985, he rose to Secretary of the Communist Party. Just a year later, he staged a coup, seizing control of Cuba and declaring himself dictator. In 1990, he forced a 16-year-old Cuban girl, Isabela Marín Vélez, into marriage—uniting political terror with personal control.

Duarte’s hunger for power didn’t stop. In 1991, he launched a brutal campaign and took over the entire Caribbean. In 2009, he fathered his first child, Mateo Duarte Vélez. A year later, he began a full-scale conquest of South America, which he completed by 2014. In 2017, he united his territories—Cuba, the Caribbean, and South America—into one superstate: the United Nations of Pan-America (UNPA).
