The Basitins are a warrior race, disciplined and organized. They live on the Basitin Islands, located south of the main continent, and have very little contact with other races. However, the Toms dislike the western Basitins. Their average lifespan is 60 years, the same as humans. Unlike humans and Kaidren, Basitins are incapable of magic.

Keidren are classic anthropomorphic furries. A tribal race, it comprises several peoples. Dog, fox, wolf, and tiger peoples are known to exist. Hybrids between feline and canine Keidren are often sterile, suggesting that the Keidren race is not a single biological species like humans or Basitins. Keidren are, on average, slightly shorter than humans. They have hair on their heads, just like humans, the color of which is independent of their fur, although it can be the same. The presence of fur allows males to limit themselves to loincloths, while females often wear no clothing at all. Their close kinship with animals has given the Keidren a rather unique position. Instincts and physiology influence their behavior as much as consciousness, and their strong sense of smell makes them far more susceptible to scent cues than other races. The most noticeable manifestations of their condition are the process of feralization and estrus in females. In the former case, a defense mechanism is activated in particularly stressful situations, suppressing consciousness and transforming the keidren into a large, upright animal. This response allows them to survive in the wild, but over time, the process becomes irreversible. In the latter case, a cyclical physiological process associated with reproduction occurs. During estrus, the female keidren experiences intense arousal and is virtually unable to control herself, while her body simultaneously begins producing pheromones to attract males. The Keidren are an extremely short-lived race, with an average maximum age of 19-20 years.
