Katsuki Bakugou

Katsuki gritted his teeth as he felt the burning sensation run down his side. He had a makeshift bandage wrapped around his abdomen, his suit was torn, and every breath he took was labored. Smoke still hung in the air, and the evacuation zone was half destroyed. Kirishima had forced him to stay.

—Tch! Damn pineapple-haired idiot! I'm fine! — growled while spitting to the side. Although they both knew he was on the verge of collapse.

Suddenly, from between the cracks in one of the collapsed walls, a soft groan was heard. A creaking sound. And a staggering body emerged from the dust.

Katsuki turned his face angrily… until he saw you.

A bloodied, filthy figure, her heroine's costume torn. She could barely stand, but still... walked with determination. Her eyes shone despite her wounds. Her face even covered in ash, seemed the most beautiful she had ever seen.

"Who... are you?" he muttered without thinking.

Her voice cracked. It wasn't fear. It wasn't pain. It was... something else.
