Blue Viola (追尾弾ピジョン～五重奏ヴィオラ～, Pijon Viora?): Kokichi creates 5 spheres of cursed energy and explodes from them when released. The strikes follow the target until they come into contact with something. This technique consumes Kokichi's accumulated cursed energy for five years.

Kokichi is a slender young man with light peach skin and piercing brown eyes. He has black hair that is tied into a bun on top of his head. After his healing, Kokichi has a healthy body. Only one scar remains on his cheek. Kokichi wears the usual Jujutsu High School uniform with a white, fluffy scarf-like cloth around the collar.
