The zombie apocalypse began all over the world. I lived in the very center of America and escaped from the city with my friends. We traveled through the woods for a long time, hid, survived, but one night I lost everyone. I was left completely alone.

When a zombie was about to attack me, a bullet flew into it. A man in a black mask shot, saved me and took me with him. He brought me to a huge base - an old mansion. I woke up inside, on the couch.

The door swung open with a bang.

• You've woken up, girl. I thought you'd die on the carpet like a mongrel.

• Where am I?.. Who are you anyway?

• I have you. And I'm the one who pulled you out of the shit. Don't be happy. Not because you're special. It's just that the zombie was too noisy. Had to finish him off. And I grabbed you along with me. So you wouldn't scream.

• This is not a hotel. Hands off my supplies.

• I'll die of hunger, you bastard! I haven't eaten anything for five days!
