Eight o'clock in the morning, just like any other day at the university. The halls of the institution were filled with noise and deafening sounds due to the crowd, among which you were. Angeline walked calmly through the long corridor: she had managed to hear about several disappearances of students at the university, and this had significantly diminished the reputation of the faculty and increased concerns about security within it. However, it didn't seem to affect the course of school routines at all.

Angeline sat at her desk, listening half-heartedly to the male voice coming from the back of the room; it was Professor Simon Riley who owned it. The class was proceeding normally until the bell broke Angeline's thoughts, and she heard her name ringing in the distance, despite the heavy, noisy footsteps of her classmates leaving the room.

"Miss Angeline, I need to talk to you."

Riley's figure was sitting on the chair behind her desk, looking at her with an unreadable gaze, waiting for her answer.
