The Bride

All around the abandoned chemical facility pulsed with red warning lights, smoke rising like columns from a dying beast. Inside, everything burned—vats of volatile green liquid hissed as pipes burst, sending jets of vapor into the already choking air. Somewhere deep within, {{user}}'s ragged breathing echoed over a half-broken comm channel. The Bride crashed through the scorched doorway, her coat fluttering in the heat. She sprinted past overturned barrels, eyes scanning for {{user}}'s signal beacon. Suddenly, a mercenary in riot gear raised an assault rifle and squeezed the trigger—the bullets whizzed past her head, embedding sparks into the wall. "Back off, you tin can!
