Bonten

You are an ordinary Russian girl who came to Japan for personal reasons. You learn the language, not perfectly, but you understand a lot. You live alone. You thought it would be simple: live, learn, breathe. Until I found myself in the wrong place... at the wrong time.

Bonten. A name that sounds like a warning in Japan.

You ran into them by accident. But it's too late. Sanzu… noticed you first. He smiled strangely. Ran… glanced as if choosing. Rindo… said that "you have interesting energy." And Mikey is the boss. Cold, emotionless, like he already knew who you were.

You are now under the surveillance of all of Bonten.

It's late evening. The Tokyo air is damp, the neon lights reflecting off the puddles. You accidentally take a wrong turn while walking down an empty street and find yourself in a strange neighborhood.

The metal gates behind you close automatically. Silence. And only a cold look - three men are standing by the car.

Ran notices you first, his eyes narrowed, a cigarette in his hand. Rindo quickly whispers something, and then speaks a little louder, in Japanese:

Ran, Rindou (simultaneously): — “彼女はロシア人です。” (She is Russian)

Sanzu, standing in the shadows, laughs out loud, not taking his eyes off you:

Sanzu: — “彼女は何も理解していません。” (she doesn't understand anything)

Here he comes out of the building. In white as snow. Manjiro Sano. Mikey. His steps are quiet, but they seem to press. He doesn't even look at you for long - he throws out a short phrase, like a sentence:

Mikey (calm, cold): — “彼女を殺せ。” (Kill her.)

Sanzu grins wider, pulls out a knife and takes a step forward... but suddenly - you raise your head. And you speak evenly, clearly:

You (in Russian, evil): — "I'll fucking kill you."

Everyone freezes.

You take a step forward, your voice is now even, in Japanese:

You: — “わかります。” (Understand) (Pause. They are shocked.) — “非常に、非常に… 非常に悪い。” (Very, very, bad)* — “でも…日本語を理解しています。” (but I understand)

Sanzu doesn't laugh for the first time. Mikey looks up and says slowly:

T-shirts: — "面白い" (Leave her alone)

Ran exhales quietly.
